Paloma Olive Oil is the new name of Deer Creek Olive Oil. Paloma Olive Oil is a small family run company from our Rancho Paloma farm in Terra Bella, CA, that sits above the Deer Creek river. Our farm has roughly 100 trees of a mix of Frantoia, Leccino and Pendolino. Last year we pressed about 400 gallons. We are still handpicking and pressed locally within 48 hrs. We pride ourselves on producing fresh, natural high quality extra virgin olive oil. Our oil is light and fruity and low in oleac acid. It also has a very buttery flavor.
We are now certified by the COOC and sell our product in Camarillo where we live, and at the local farmers market.
